안녕 새로은 날~

Today is another waste trip~

we go to the Indah Water Treatment plant~

actually i dun knoe where is it~

i just know it seems in Kajang...heihei~~



today we almost wanna be late~

fortunately the bus hvn't go~

wakaka....



when reaching there~

a lot of noise say tht 'wah~ so small~'...'so disappointing o~'...

but really~ 麻雀虽小，五脏俱全~ really~



this included just to the secondary treament process~

bcos this small place can't afford to handle to the tertiary n quatery treatment~

here collect the water from the near residential area~

n treat them...



firstly collect all of the water frm houses to a place~

then use screen to separate the solid (may b some garbage) n the water...

then the solid will be scrab by a machine n throw into a bin~

then the raw water will be flow to the another system...



the following one

i'm not so sure~

we r leading to a room...

n inside tht room got a depth 5m room under it~

there got two pipes~

seems for some pumping usage~



after tht, we go to another chamber~

this place used to separate the oil, grease, sand n stone frm the water

all of these will b suck out~

n the left water will be treated furthermore~~~

in tis step~ all of us stand above the treated water~

a bit scary~

n we c one cockroach 'swimming' in the water~ yucks~~

n a big big spider web~ but dun knoe where's the spider lar~

then we pass through a chamber

tht is skimmer used to skim the water

n one more part mixing tank for 1 hour before it goes to aeration tank n clarifier~



next, the water goes to the aeration tank..

the water need to stay there for 18 hours~

it keeps bubbling it~

here's water hv been treated a bit edi~

no so strong smell~ just like the sea water smell...

n the surface of the water hv bubbles n some small particles float on the top...

such as seeds n smth like tht...

n the water still hv some fine particles...



after tht the water go to the clarifier~

there is two clarifier to treat the water~

the machine move slowly~

n the water is move slowly~

let the surface suspended to settle down to the bottom~

n the clean water can flow out~



then....

the clean water flow to a chlorination tank~

the tank is used to settle down the water speed~

oso chlorine is added to water to treat it~

after tht the water is flow to a drain~

then the drain will b leaded to river~~



finally!!

the clean water is channeled back to the river~



really~ the water is quite clear compared to tht earlier one~

but still cannot drink lar~~

n tht guide hv oso show us tht unwanted solid~

it hv been dried up~

n can used as the fertilizer ~

if u wan u oso can take it home~
